I never play for money unless they give me a dollar or 2. I like playing these games but it is rigged against you. For example, I had 24,000 points on the football game and all of a sudden I was down to zero. I was good enough to get those points and all of a sudden I sucked? Rigged!!!!
Complete scam complete scam they do not put you on the same skill level as they put other players at all it's it's totally rigged these games are rigged everything I truly believe everything is rigged because they're so unfair so unfair they match you with someone with the people that are way above your level that way you can never win and that is the truth my friends they will eat you up in money
deposit some money to start game and they shut down account stealing your deposit because you won few games and using the promo code. they send the general template that you break terms of agreement about cheating and such. how can one cheat when one just start account. they say all profit from game are confiscated but they won't return your deposit. the deposits are not profit from winning game. they are not entitled to it. so basically you can't use your deposit or even play game. then they ignore your email replies when they even tell you to reply to the email. There are lots of similar reviews that i've read. they shut down your account to steal the money that is in account using tos violation template. don't trust this company.
I asked for a refund on a cash game of 30 dollars with only 1 refund issued for the same month. They sent me an email that says they warned me that my refund level was high (they never warned me, and apparently 2 refunds a month is “too much”) I believe that they refuse to issue refunds for games of a more costly buy-in. What a cheap skate fraud game. I’ve won a lot of money but they don’t treat their long-time paying customers very well. 100% do not recommend playing these games or playing the higher buy-out games . They’ll steal your cash and call it fair.
They will steal your money by claiming there's an issue with your phone that causes the app to crash when in fact it is either due to negligence on their end because they refuse to allow you to connect to a game after the app crashes even though a person can wait a week to start a game after it's been initiated they will not allow you to reconnect. Every time the app crashes it's at the same exact time during the load up of a match before it even starts. They claim that you have a high ratio and that they cannot issue a refund anymore and that it's a fault with your device and not on their end when clearly it is on their end and they could avoid this all by allowing people to reconnect to their matches but they refuse to do so. pure thievery! They owe me for two matches which they collected the fee for and did not provide the match. Claiming that my internet connection or some other thing with my device must be wrong when it is not this is the only app that does anything close to glitching on my phone. No other app and this app consistently crashes at the same point in time for the same reason. So they can take your money without providing the service they claim to take the fee for.I have screen recordings of it crashing and I also have detailed screenshots of my account the balances and the points and times in which the game that they call aborted but is actually an app crash due to their server or their connection or their coding
I would have given 0 stars if possible. Scam game. So I lost while honing my skill at solitaire. Finally started winning. I was then matched up with higher skilled players. Again I lost. You will never win. They call this fair. You are matched according to skill instead of randomly. Can you imagine this taking place at a blackjack table? The app takes money for each game that's played. The way they match will assure that you never win. If you do, they charge a fee to cash out.
Trickery you never actually win and get to keep it. If you keep playing they ultimately pair you with higher scoring opponents and or more skilled which is always never-ending there always seems to be someone that can play better no matter how top notch yours skills may be. Then when you want to cash out your winnings they conveniently mail it to you in a good old time efficient check. May I also add that when you cash in for gift cards they make it an absolute inconvenience and an embarrassing to cash in one by on via a code you have to copy cut and paste into another verification which you then have to verify a third time via another email it is just sick and highway robbery
