Review Time
This was my first order from Poggers. I wanted to get a backpack in time for a convention I was going to. The backpack matched my costume. I paid for priority mail shipping. Poggers shipped it on time, but unfortunately USPS held up the item for a few days. I wasn't aware. I was a little bummed that I didn't get it in time, so I reached out to their support asking for help since the tracking failed at the time. I just wanted to know if it was coming at this point (I did end up getting it). They sent me a full refund for the shipping. Poggers didn't have to do that. I trust their support team to make it right even if it isn't their fault for a mistake. I will be ordering from here agaih.
This place RULES. I got a Kotobukiya Princess Luna bishoujo that was discounted bc the box was slightly damaged. It was a great price for a brand-new figure. The shipping was incredibly fast. I will be returning for all my nerd needs. Thank you Poggers!!
I’ve been eyeing a Weta Workshop Bilbo at his desk figure. By the time I could order it was sold almost everywhere. Poggers still had one available. I had never heard of the store before but crossed my fingers. It came in perfect condition and I’ll keep them in mind for future orders.
Ray and his brother are fantastic. My experience ordering online was better than many experiences at local game stores.Poggers packed everything pristinely, included a nice note to enjoy things, and even included a tin full of Pokemon cards that they "found and thought you might like". Who does that nowadays?!There was an understandable mix-up in a Magic deck they sent. But Ray personally fixed it immediately - telling me to keep the incorrect one and he would send out the right one the same day.I can't say enough about how good their service is and will definitely add Poggers to my regular shopping list.
Can’t complain that luck wasn’t on my side and every pack I opened was 👎🏽 but I do support small businesses and Poggers has been reasonably priced, nicely packaged, and responsive. I will order from Poggers again, and hopefully i’ll have better luck 🤷🏽♂️
