I thought I bought a one month pass Sept-Oct but I just discovered that they have been charging me monthly ever since. I got it to watch one game! I feel duped! I’m hoping they will give me a free 5 month extension so that I can at least use it but won’t hold my breath. I’ll change my rating if they do.

Avoid Sky TV. They continued charging me monthly fees for four months after I cancelled my service. Despite customer service admitting the error and promising a refund, I am still getting harassed by their credit department with new invoices.
​To make matters worse, their system cannot handle customers with multiple properties. I was forced to create separate logins for my two addresses, which made tracking bills a nightmare and led to further overcharging. Their internal systems are chaotic and anti-consumer.

Installation Issues

I scheduled an installation and called to confirm it was still on track. I was assured it would happen. In the end, no one showed up and I received no notification. I wasted half a day of work and lost pay. Very disappointing.

STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS! I recently switched to a new internet provider and was promised a rate of $50 per month for the first year, increasing to $55 afterward. However, my initial bill was $60. When I called to resolve this, the representative confirmed my offer and assured me a new invoice would be sent, instructing me to disregard the old one. Then I received a message about a missed payment, so I called again... They refused to acknowledge the $50 offer, even after reviewing the recorded conversation. The communication is terrible; I received no welcome email or contract confirmation. Just stay away!

The app is not functioning correctly; it frequently stops and starts. The quality is poor, and as a customer, I expect better sports coverage on my television. A business must ensure customer satisfaction under consumer guarantees. I want to feel like I'm getting my money's worth. Very unhappy with this experience.

There’s no toll-free number anymore, and I was kept on hold for 10 minutes without a resolution to my simple request to change my payment cycle. I've always paid on the 1st of the month for 20 years, and now I'm being charged late fees for something that should be straightforward. Very frustrating!
