Bini, Vicky and Steve made a challenging process very simple and easy for us. They guided us, gave us very clear instructions that were easy to follow. They guided our vets who managed the vaccinations and tests required. They provided us with regular and very welcome updates on how our dogs were at each stage of their journey. They honestly made it as good as it could have been. They also managed partners in our destination city who were equally excellent.We can't recommend this team enough, it really put us at ease knowing our dogs were so well cared for and that the logistics and documentation were so meticulously managed.
