I have ordered a full suit from the company a few years ago. I had reached out via email, IG and called to check on the status of a pink suit to replace mine that was sold out. I was never able to get in contact with anyone. I then went ahead and ordered a new hat. I’m really sad to have a company I used previous have no communication.
After several years the hood on my jacket developed several holes which left bees in. I ordered a replacement which arrived in a couple days. I like the new hood even better than the old one. The zipper works smoother. Thanks for a great product.
A must: 15% pollen patties (use half) for the hive once a week beginning in early March were key to my hives success this Spring. Once you begin the pollen you must continue until they can find it on their own. On Long Island that would be early to mid April. Great company to deal with, delivery was quick!
