I am very impressed with the customer service given to me by The Slate Workshop. My request for an item no longer in stock was met with the utmost courtesy with a prompt reply and the offer to investigate further. This resulted in a successful outcome for which I was very grateful.The parcel arrived safely on time and was beautifully and safely packed.Nothing but praise for Ben and this company.
Ben was incredibly swift and clear in his communication throughout the job with us. Ben helped us design a fitting memorial tablet, providing us with useful advice on what would work. The tablet was beautiful, exactly as we had hoped. The slate was beautiful and Ben's hand-carved script was stunning. It really makes a difference I think having this kind of memorial hand-made - you can really tell the difference and it looks unique. I would highly recommend The Slate Workshop.
I had some fairly specific and restrictive requirements for a memorial slate. Ben had an excellent 'can do' attitude and gave clear and helpful advice on what he could do and still achieve a high quality finish. He was happy to help with refining details and the final product is beautifully made and exactly what I asked for. Will certainly be back in the future.

If you're looking for good quality, nice slate then look no further - Ben is your man!I wasn't the easiest of customers due to changing my mind so often, but Ben was polite and accommodating the whole way through.He went out of his way, and the extra mile to make sure I was happy, he provided us a lovely Slate hearth that he had cut and chamfered beautifully. I would highly recommend Ben, and will definitely be using him and his services again!
