The customer service representative I interacted with was quite unhelpful. They wouldn't discuss anything over the phone, couldn’t provide repair timelines, and had a generally dismissive attitude. Does the company not understand that their product is a significant purchase and that customers expect to be valued?
We purchased a model through a local company and had it shipped overseas. After less than a year, the exterior cladding began to discolor, looking old and dirty. I was informed by the seller that this is normal in the heat. Unsatisfied, I attempted to contact the company, but they directed me back to the distributor, who refused to honor the warranty. We feel completely let down and cheated.
