I won money from free spins. They adjust it to 130 which is max winnings on any bonus you accept (BEWARE PLAYERS). I found that out the hard way. Won $2300 and had wagered my bonus. They forfeited the whole balance to $130. They try suck you in with great promos, but no matter how much you win they can rightfully forfeit the balance that exceeds 130. As stated in their terms and conditions. How is that even fair? Thats like $1.30 in todays world. Just seems quite rigged tbh!!! Withdrawals keep getting cancelled for different reasons! Very difficult casino. Play elsewhere.
Im really disapointed with what happened to me..for only 200 dollars they hold my withdrawal they ask me for verification????wtf. .i just withdraw last Sept 21 for 80 they gave it but then 200 they didnt give it to me....ok i sent my Drivers license 15x they reject it OMG this is unbelievable i am not going to play here anymore.i hope many player can read this so they dont get upset too
Stay clear of this casino, I am an experienced player, have lost and won 100`s thousands in my years online. I usually dont use bonuses that give you like 200-300% due to restrictions or limits on pay outs. However a 100% bonus is amongst SERIOUS Casinos usually no strings attached apart from wager, which is every where from 15-45x - This casino advertised a bonus via email to me so I read that is was a 45 x wager, which is on the steep side to begin with, but figured ill try. I managed to get passed the 45 times wager and i climbed to 6888.- dollars in my currency ( like i said im used to gamble high, so i was using max bets ) When i went to cash out, I was robbed of 6590 dollars that they keept due to "limitations upon how much could be won on a bonus" NO mention of this when they charge you or advertise the bonus, No one in their right mind would get a bonus where you have to wager 45x and only get to keep 10x the bonus on pay out, its straight up robbery, they buried a statement in their rules to keep them from being sued, but I won that money fair and square and they kept it, just sent me a quick email about it. There are tons of shady casinos out there, now I found another one I thought was legit. On top they have HUGE problems paying out the money they do give you unless you have a crypto wallet or MiFinity wallet, the kicker is you need to deposit extra to activate the MyFinity wallet option, im lost for words on how bad customer service was, I leave that to be experienced.
I just have to leave my review here :DI played in one casino for a few days and was only losing money over and over. Then I searched for a better place and found this casino. It's just awesome! I received a big 1100% bonus for my deposit, and can you imagine, I won 10k in the very first game that I tried! Funds are already paid out and I'm so so happy, thank you Slotozen!
