Highly recommend!

Highly recommend!! This tool has been so useful for me to use as a designer. I can quickly compile 3D images into PDFs for my clients to review, mark things up, and it's super quick to use and is very user friendly.

SmallPDF.com is a trusted tool for me in the Real Estate brokerage and residential construction business. I've been a PRO member for over 7 years!Originally purchased for the Compression feature. Over this time they've added E-sign and tweaked their PDF Annotation feature - love it! User friendly interface and easy to learn.

Invaluable web tool for document management

I've been a Pro User for SmallPDF for 7 or 8 years now, and it continues to be a crucial tool in my belt for document management, document storage, and digital signing. My adoption of SmallPDF started with the powerful PDF file size compression; this is my most-frequently used SmallPDF tool for keeping my document storage / retention work manageable. The ability to convert various file types to PDF and vice versa works very well; this has become a more often used SmallPDF tool for me as it's a more reliable way to quickly and accurately extract content from pre-existing PDFs. And the digital signature workflow is flawless; while nowhere near as robust (and complicated) as Docusign, the digital signature functions in SmallPDF are reliable and easy to use for all parties. While there have been some changes over the years to the SmallPDF tools (specifically the iOS app) all in all this remains one of those tools that I reach for almost daily, and it never disappoints.

Great list of tools I can easily access at the moment I need them. I use compress the most, but need to really look at all the available tools to make efficient use of my time on the computer.
