We all know how amazing Smallpdf is and how it has saved the day on more than one occasion so I would like to address the customer service provided by Smallpdf.I literally cannot say enough about Cha in customer support. Most of the time in the current state of affairs, getting actual assistance is quite the rarity. No one wants to do the job they were hired for, not anymore. It’s just like the saying, “it’s like pulling teeth”, to get someone to do something, anything that is. And, proactive help, puhleeze! That is NOT the case with Cha of Smallpdf. There are not enough adjectives in the English language to adequately describe Cha. Fantastic, incredible, patient, kind, understanding, empathetic, intelligent, professional and on and on and on I could go and still fall short in describing Cha. The assistance I received was remarkable; certainly one of the best I have ever experienced. I cannot thank Smallpdf enough for employing Cha! Cha is not only an asset to them but also to all of their customers. With this type of support, Smallpdf has set themself apart from their competitors. Not only is their product superior to the others but when you add in the customer support, well it’s like comparing Gandhi to El Chapo! Yeah, I said it and not only that, I firmly stand behind it.
