Usually good service but be careful and make sure you get receipts for everything. Some of the products they sell may not be from reliable companies or be of merchantable quality, so get a receipt!

PhoneLove identified the problem through a free diagnosis check, and I only had to pay for the spare part if their recommendation worked. And it did work. have This was my third time to visit this attractive little shop/workshop. Each time they sorted my problem quickly (had to go away for 20 minutes on ). Price seemed reasonable. Friendly and courteous. Clearly knowledgeable. My phone is about 8 years old and twice they have advised against me replacing it. (They sell reconditioned phones - and I would have been very easy to persuade to buy one.) A great place/service.
