Brian Desai from Smarter Claims contacted me by email, regarding lost shares in my name. l was skeptical at first but did some checking and following a phone call to Brian, decided to do the paperwork and see if anything happened !!A month later l received an email from Brian with the result that the claim was successful. I have now received Shares that l didn't know existed, so of course l paid the commission. If it had not been for Smarter Claims l would never have known about these shares. So, l really appreciate this Company and would certainly highly recommend them and l totally agree with others that they are a genuine, professional, honest, friendly, efficient and extremely helpful Company. Mr Brian Desai contacted by mail. I was extremely skeptical and did not reply. After a couple of weeks, I decided to contact ASIC and was assured it was a listed, legitimate company and the NBN number was genuine. I then rang Mr Desai for a chat. I was still not sure, but decided to fill out the forms, then wait to see what would happen. I kept in touch. After a period of time, I was informed the claim had been approved, and in due course a Commonwealth Bank cheque, with the total amount of the claim in full. I did have a short conversation with Brian and, tongue in cheek, I said you now have to trust that I will pay your commission. I had received money that I didn't know existed, so of course I paid the commission immediately the cheque was cleared. Anyone who decides to deal with this company has nothing to fear. They are genuine, professional, friendly and best of all - they find lost money for you.

Initially I thought the email was a scam. I did some research and found out the email was legitimate. The whole process from start to finish was very efficient. Brian was excellent to deal with told you the process and kept you updated throughout the process. Was very quick from start to finish.
