This is a genuine review. We are based in the UK and tried several US warehouses and it nearly sank us. It would have been easy to go home and stick to our domestic market but we did a lot of research and met with a lot of warehouses and took a chance on Shiopbots. They have, at every stage, been excellent. They are keen to improve our experience, our customers experience and the cost of shipping. They are customer and service focussed. They did not skip a beat through the 4th quarter. Thanks to Shipbots, scale, from a shipping perspective, is not a concern for us.

Payam, Andres and the Team have been absolutely incredible throughout the onboarding process and we are now in a steady flow to allow us to focus on scaling. The shipping rates are extremely reasonable and they have been extremely fast to action any issues or mistakes on our end. We also had complicated custom kitting rerquirements which were dealt with swiftly and professionally. We have used other 3PL's in the past and they have been fraught with issues. I would highly recommend Shipbots for any size of business.
Leadership always starts at the top and Payam is always there when we need him. That seems to trickle down to everyone at the company. I would recommend Shipbots to anyone looking for a 3PL that cares about quality of service and is always willing to troubleshoot with you!
