Paid for one-year subscription for two devices in July. Service worked great until September 14 when the service all of the sudden went offline. Customer service does not reply to Whatsapp messages, no notice on their website. It's like they disappeared overnight. I regret paying for the 1 year subscription. Their website is still up and anybody could sign up and pay for a service that does not exist. I would not recommend that you play russian roulette with this company. Very unprofessional!!!
Having tried many different IPTV companies, Smartiflix is by far the best I have used. Flawless streaming of all channels and excellent customer service.When it comes to renewing it’s a simple process done in a few messages to customer service.
I absolutely do not recommend it. I just paid for the whole year, after a few hours the service does not work, I can't log in, I don't know how they rated them so highly, they probably paid for the reviews, I do not recommend it, the service does not work.
