They have been extremely helpful before, during and after any technical issues they were and or are having. A little patience on our part as customers goes a long way. and I can tell that they are doing their best to rectify problems and keep their customers happy with their service. Not every supplier acts like them.Their service is on par with the best out there. But bear in mind IPTV is not cable. Issues appear now and then, no service is 100% flawless. I paid my subscription on the evening of September the 14th and never got to watch anything. If you are doing crucial security updates in the servers and therefore you can't provide the service, just stop selling until you're back to normal. Getting paid for a service you can't provide is just fraud.
