This site is deceptive. They don't disclose that products ship from a distant location. I returned an item to that location, but my refund has not been processed after months. Customer service is nonexistent. They only publish favorable reviews, so be cautious.
This is a total scam. Any positive reviews seem fake. I ordered a wooden gym item, but what I received was subpar and different from the images, missing screws. Communication attempts failed, and the contact details led to a random address. Do not spend your money here.
Ordered a kids camera on this website. It took 30 days to arrive. As it was intended as a birthday present, we had already bought something else by the time the package arrived. I was on vacation, so couldn't collect it and it was sent back to the company. I talked to customer support for months asking to return my money, they only send automatic copy-paste replies. No camera and no money.
Total scam, do not purchase from here! I bought the camera, which was terrible & not as described. When I requested the “money back guarantee”, they offered me either $20 or that I mail it back to China at my own expense. I then looked up other reviews & many said that even after returning their item, they never received their money back. I wish I’d seen these reviews before purchasing from this terrible company.
Honey pot website with deadly experience.Store pretends to be located in the EU. However, shipment is from China. The swing we ordered had a much different shade of colour than in the pictures. To exercice the Right to Cancel nearly impossible due to high return cost. Don't fall for this shop!
Horrible website - biggest scam !! They didn’t process my order for 4 weeks and during that time I contacted them over and over again to cancel my order, they ignored all emails and processed it anyway even though I looked at their policy and reiterated it back to them that I wanted to cancel before processing. Then when I asked for a refund, they took another 2 weeks to reply, saying if I wanted a refund I could get $10 back or pay for international shipping to HongKong, even though they claim they’re from the UK. Don’t buy from here, their stock is terrible and not as describe. Biggest scam.
