My company recently transitioned to a new recruitment platform, and it has been a challenging experience for hiring managers. The website’s layout is overly complicated, wasting too much time. It shouldn't take weeks and numerous calls to onboard a new employee. This platform is not aptly named, and I wouldn’t recommend it to others.
