I must say this was one of the best experiences I've had with online casinos. I invested $10 for 20 credits, redeemed $100, and within an hour, the money was in my bank. Just two hours later, it was all settled. I would highly recommend this service! I've faced a lot of challenges with other casinos, but this was incredibly smooth.
Fantastic games and I quickly won a nice amount of money. I encountered a few issues with the verification process, but that was on me. I eventually submitted the necessary documents and am now waiting for a response, which can take up to 72 hours. Overall, I believe I have discovered a new platform that I will enjoy, as the others didn't meet my expectations. I plan to provide another review regarding the payout and verification.
The one star is for the platform itself, but as a person who has played on here off and on (dumped QUITE a bit of money here), and have never won enough to redeem, it’s not good at all.I contacted customer service and it’s the standard “we have a fair and sophisticated system that ensures fairness” and blah blah blah about the RNG and RTP. He didn’t seem to care so I got off. Mind you, I’ve played through thousands of dollars here across several games and the RTP has never been in my favor. Don’t spend here. Edit: I spoke to someone already and he didn’t care.
UPDATE: They quickly unbanned after posting this, they just wanted me to verify my ID.I got banned from Smiles.com out of nowhere with absolutely no explanation. No warning, no email, nothing. I tried contacting support multiple times and still haven’t gotten a real answer or even a proper response. It’s ridiculous how a company can just block someone without saying why. I’ve never broken any rules and they won’t tell me what supposedly happened. I’ll update this review if they ever fix this or give me an actual explanation.
Easy cash out. The whole reason that I gamble is to WIN! You can definitely do that here. The games are fun and exciting. I turned my free 2.5 smiles coins into 100 smiles coins the first time I played. So extremely easy to cash out, and we all know thats what matters most. I would suggest everyone to give it a try.
I’d say, stay away from this one if you are looking to earn enough from daily rewards to meet the $100 cash out requirement. It was pretty bad when they were giving out $0.05 a day in SC. Now it is a wheel. I’m on day 2 of GC rewards on the new wheel. I won’t be returning for day 3. I joined months ago and I am no where close to qualifying for a prize redemption. My favorite games on Smiles Casino were the Pragmatic Play games. Now those are gone. Daily SC rewards are gone. This isn’t the place for me.
