The service provided by Smith Removals and the job done by Allen and his team on the day was probably the only part of our move that went smoothly. I simply cant praise them enough for the job they did, the care they took with our possessions and home during the loading and unloading, and the positive attitude of the team right up to the very last box.We could not have asked for better movers and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. 6 star service.

Smith Removals helped us out last minute from Fakenham to Cumbria with a week's notice, were very helpful over the phone, turned up on time with a friendly, welcoming helpful manner, very tidy and worked hard-the other end off the journey was no different even when we had to wait for the keys etc, everything was packed and stacked so well all came off as it went on.Would highly recommend this team Thank you

Allan and his team went above and beyond to ensure a smooth and stress-free moving day, which can be a challenging time for anyone. Before finalising the agreement, Allan personally came to assess the volume of items we had to move, provided a prompt quotation, and remained flexible when the move date had to be rescheduled three times. A 50% deposit was paid upfront, and the remaining 50% was settled upon completion of the move. Allan and his team were a delight to work with, and I highly recommend their services. I have moved a lot (even internationally) and I can honestly say these guys are the best! There were problems with the new property which we didn’t end up moving into (long story) but they were fantastic, moving everything to somewhere completely different last minute without even a complaint. They were kind and patient and couldn’t help enough - moving is stressful and to have a company that cares makes all the difference. I have used this company twice now and will most definitely use them for my best move. I have also told everyone I know to use them - they won’t be disappointed. Thank you Smith Removals :-)
