I cannot fault Smith Removals! Allan was very professional and reassuring from the first telephone conversation.
He and Dan, arrived promptly (prior to 0830) which was the agreed time. The van was clean and well equipped, with furniture coverings, and straps to secure and protect my furniture.
They were very efficient in loading and unloading, and accommodating with my requirements.
I am very grateful to have come across the Instagram account when researching removals companies.
This was a long distance move, and using Smith removals provided reassurance, trust and ease! They were careful with my furniture and honestly very friendly and welcoming.
I would definitely recommend, and use their services again.

An excellent local company that I’d recommend without hesitation. The communication with Allan was quick and faultless from start to finish, unlike other companies I’d contacted. We needed removals on two separate days and he secured the dates we needed even at fairly late notice. He delivered us lots of boxes beforehand for packing, and on both moving days we were highly impressed by the very hardworking team of three, tireless in extreme heat, and magicians at loading/stacking and unpacking carefully but at speed. You’re in safe hands with Allan!
We had the absolute pleasure of Al, Robbie and Dillon taking care of our house move. Right from the moment Al come over to provide a quote, we knew we were in safe hands and so happy we decided to use their services. Al was very accommodating and understanding when we had our move date changed and was able to work around his diary and fit us in. They all made our moving day stress free and the lads worked so hard and also kept us very amused with the banter. Al and his team were superb. Al was able to determine exactly how much stuff we had from a quick survey and mobilised his transport and staff at a days notice (due to our completion date not being confirmed until the last minute), him and the guys really went above and beyond.I had work deadlines on the day, and the guys simply worked around me and efficiently emptied out our house whilst I sat in the middle of the floor with a laptop!We will not hesitate to use him again.
Absolutely fantastic from start to finish, and I really cannot recommend these guys enough. On the day we moved, it was raining heavily and Allan and Dan ensured that all of our items were covered and protected when putting into the van. They left no marks, footprints etc in the house we were leaving and were just as careful in our new house too. All of our belongings were delivered safely and put in our room of choice. Nothing was too much trouble and I can honestly say I would never go anywhere else if I need a removals company again. So professional, with great communication. Thank you so much for all your hard work!
