This is a warning, this company appears to be a significant scam operation based in China. I ordered a vest on December 19th for $69.96 and received an order after 10 days that was nothing like what I had ordered—not in material or design. I emailed to request a return and was told to keep the item and pay 15%, or return it at my own expense to China, which would cost about $50. This feels like a trap where you either accept the 15% loss or face expensive shipping costs. This seems to be a common experience for many, and I plan to report this to the relevant authorities.
This company is deceptive. The marketing portrays a much higher quality product. When I received my sweater/blazer, it was clear that it was not what I ordered. The fabric was flimsy and the fit was not as advertised. I started the return process but had to email for instructions since none were provided. I was responsible for the return shipping to China, which cost as much as the sweater itself. It doesn't make sense to pay such a high return fee, so I ended up keeping it and donating it. Avoid this company; it’s a scam.
This site is dishonest with high prices and questionable practices. I ordered a jacket in November, and as of December 8, I have received no updates and no jacket. Beware; this merchandise comes from China, although they do not disclose this. Shortly after ordering the jacket, I received two sweaters that lack any designer labels and the medium size is much too large. I wanted to exchange them for smalls, but the response I got suggested I keep the sweaters and they would send smalls. Why would I want to keep them? Alternatively, I could receive a 15% refund and pay almost $40 to return them. This is outrageous! Their website claims items ship from New York, but that's false. They need to be shut down. Additionally, the packaging suggested a U.S. warehouse address, so why am I facing international return fees? Stay away from this company. I finally received the jacket, and it is of poor quality and nothing like the images. Please, do your research and avoid similar situations.
The clothing designs and quality shown on the site do not match what was shipped. It feels like a fraudulent site, and customer service is non-existent when it comes to processing returns. It’s very disappointing! Don’t fall for it!
