Order placed on 10th October, now unreachable

I placed an order on 10th October and tried to be patient while following up, but now their website and email are closed. I initiated a chargeback with my bank, which was accepted. I recommend doing the same through your bank to avoid losing out.

Very Frustrating Experience

I wish I had checked the reviews before placing my order. The email communication is pointless. This company seems quite unprofessional. When I called, I was instructed to leave a message, but the inbox was full! Upon finally receiving my order, an item was missing, and they clearly don't care. Should I keep trying? I will, but it feels like I might as well be waiting for something impossible.

Steer Clear!

I placed a small order on September 10. After emailing for an update on September 25, I received an automated response about a backlog. Another email on October 15 yielded the same automated reply. Today, my email was returned undelivered. The website is down for updates, yet purchase updates still appear on the landing page. Despite the company being listed as active, my order, although small, has led me to dispute the charge with my bank. If they resume operations, I would recommend avoiding them.

Untrustworthy

I placed an order on October 10 and as of November 21, I still haven't received anything. After multiple follow-ups, I only received automated replies about back orders. It seems unlikely I'll get my order or a refund. I strongly advise against dealing with this company.

Avoid at All Costs

I placed my order on October 8, 2025, and after waiting three weeks, I still didn't receive a tracking number or dispatch notice. After inquiring via email, I got an automated response about a backlog. Waiting another three weeks has yielded no results. Now, my attempts to email them bounce back as the address seems inactive. I feel like I've been scammed. Please avoid this company.

Zero Stars if Possible

If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. Avoid this company. I paid for 48-hour delivery, but my order arrived five days late, and half of it was missing. I've called multiple times and sent numerous emails, but I've received no response. This company is a complete joke and appears to be taking advantage of customers.

Do Not Trust

Do not trust this company! I ordered on September 23, and now it’s October 28 with no sign of dispatch. I received only automated responses telling me to be patient. I’ve requested updates and a refund, but nothing. I'm considering escalating this since they are unresponsive. Their website is down now, but if it reappears, I'd still recommend avoiding them.

Scam Alert!

I placed my order in September for £35, but I haven't received anything. I keep getting automated replies regarding my refund requests. No matter how busy they are, it shouldn't take this long to fulfill an order. Clearly a scam! I've reported this to my bank.
