I felt no time constraints, and responses were prompt. Everyone addressed my requests effectively, and even with back-and-forth communication, it was never a problem. As someone who relies on visual elements, I appreciated seeing everything—good and bad—throughout the process. The PDF I received with the latest drafts allowed me to visualize the entire project effectively. While a bit more feedback and additional ideas would have been beneficial, I was generally pleased with my interactions with both the project manager and the designer. I am happy with the final outcome and the book itself. A few spelling errors could have been avoided, but I recognize that these things happen, and they don’t significantly detract from the overall quality.
