Somewhat disappointing

Users of a certain bank should be cautious…It was a disappointing experience as I was approved and accepted the loan offer, but when it was time to enter my bank details, they couldn't be verified (even though the automatic validation confirmed it was a legitimate account and I had checked the details numerous times). The customer service was decent but unfortunately couldn't provide a resolution.
