Your employees are - intentionally - rude that I stopped the process. This is a typical Greek attitude for making a service to look niche. However, this is outdated nowadays with so many platforms available. Change your mind before it is too late. I have already informed 5 people of mine not to try open a snappy account and I will continue. Congratulations on your effort!
Aside that they require you to do live video call for verification with their rude customer service, in case they consider the place you are "Looks like an office" they do not proceed with the process with the excuse "our terms doesnt allow verification if you are in an office/work place" Sorry that we are working mate,we have nothing more important to do.
I don't know who would trust their money on this mobile only bank. Login not working, app is sluggish can barely type on chat and transfer funds might work might won't you never know. You can ask support for of couse and tell you they have technicall problems and "try untik it succeeds",
Complete waste of time! Endless proceedure, having to start from scratch each time something goes wrong or freezes. Adverises in a few minutes, I spent numerous hours, to no avail! Plus constantly asking for further sensitive personal information! Keep away!!!
