Review Time
just insalled it a bit nervous about things like this so ill be keeping my eye on this. but if it helps me stop spending and start saving then ill give it ago .did not know you had to sub to it but £5.99 a month is not to bad so its on a 6 month trail before i sub
I have Snoop Plus and use it a lot, and overall I really like the app. It has great features such as budgeting tools and round-ups, and it currently offers a competitive 4% daily interest rate.Occasionally, the budgeting feature can miss some transactions, which can be a little frustrating. Also, if you withdraw money after 11am on a Friday, it won’t reach you until Monday. That delay can be inconvenient, but as long as you’re aware of it and plan ahead, it’s manageable. Still, I do think this is something they could improve.
I deposited money from my current account yesterday ( Thursday) midday and it has still not arrived in the savings account and it is now midday on the next working day ( Friday) . the account provides info that money deposited after 11am should arrive in the account in the next working day ( but it does nt state when in the working day) Similar to other posts, I do not think the time delay to transfer deposits is very good and provides some concern when the money still has not arrived. I am new to Snoop so I do hope it does eventually arrive!!
I don’t like being asked to give a 5-star review. The app itself is not veryIntuitive, has too many gimmicks, but what I dislike is having to do a transaction before 11 am to receive the money the same day. All too cumbersome when there are some other excellent banks/platforms you can use.
I opened snoop last week for the easy access account pays more than my bank which is below 2%It’s very simple to connect my bank to snoop app and I can transfer money from my bank or via the app very easily always get a notification when snoop receive it Yes it takes the next day if credited after 11am cut off weekdays to hit your balance again if you send on a non working day it’s credited the next working day again withdrawals are the same procedure but this is explained in the app quite clearly so if you require your money it’s best to plan it within the cut off times or have funds for immediate withdrawals in a separate savings account like I do I use snoop to try and build for a rainy day oppose to impulse buying and daily interest keeps you in the savings habit rather than the spending habit
