Only ranking one star bc ZERO is not available. This system sucks and customer service is worse than no help at all - they have multiple different systems, none of which are identified when you're looking at a screen, and you are transferred multiple times while people ask you questions that you can't answer from the screens. For example - Are you in Connect Direct or RapidConnect? How the hell would I know? Can't answer. Headings in the system mean nothing at all so you can't navigate through menus with any sense. First told me my tenant used credit card, but after he went back to the bank to get a NEW debit card to use and they thought it was credit again, I believe the tenant.

Unsatisfactory customer service.

Unsatisfactory customer service. My husband and I had an appointment with a representative at a local office to discuss a loan. When I posed a question, she responded with, "I'm not arguing about this with you," in a loud tone. It was clear she was impatient and eager for us to leave. This individual should not be in a role that requires interaction with clients. I can only give 1 star since 0 is not available.

A deeply frustrating experience with the bank despite great local support.

My experience with the bank has been filled with disappointment. While my branch manager is exceptional and very helpful with routine transactions, the overarching policies from corporate are another matter entirely. The main issue that led to my break with the bank revolves around their wire transfer policies. I am starting a business that requires sending several wires each month, often with very short notice. Unfortunately, the bank mandates that wires must be initiated in person, which is problematic given their limited hours. They close at 4:00 PM, which conflicts with my work schedule, making it nearly impossible for me to visit the branch. In contrast, other banks, like Chase, have more accessible hours and locations, allowing me to complete my transactions in a timely manner. The bank seems uninterested in serving the local community of commuters. Despite the challenges, my branch manager sought a solution by arranging for me to send wires from home using my business accounts. However, the setup process has been riddled with obstacles under the guise of security. For instance, I had to complete a lengthy form that felt more like a loan application rather than a simple transaction. The requirements made no sense for a straightforward process. Additionally, when I needed assistance with a technical issue, I faced unnecessary verification hurdles, which only complicated matters further. Even straightforward questions led to frustrating back-and-forths that wasted time. A month ago, a specialist was brought in to address my concerns, but her dismissive attitude only added to my frustration. Although I received some good news recently regarding one account, the overall experience has been disappointing, and I no longer trust the timelines provided by the bank. Throughout this ordeal, I have felt a mix of contempt and frustration towards the bank's inflexible policies. I continue to rely on my local branch due to the excellent staff, but my overall view of the institution has soured significantly.

Positive experiences as a customer...

I've had positive experiences as a customer here. I'm puzzled by the negative feedback. I’ve brought my adult children, nieces, nephews, and friends to this bank, and I've never faced any issues. They handle my finances well, and the staff is fantastic. The only drawback I can mention is the lack of branches in Arizona.

Terrible experience with the credit service!

During the last year of my vehicle loan, their collection agency contacted me at least twice a day to check on the balance, even though my payments were up to date. I’m relieved to be done with this bank and will never choose them again, especially for a car loan! Avoid this bank!

Absolutely the worst bank

This is absolutely the worst bank. I opened a Money Market Account with a promised attractive rate. After six months, they reduced the interest from 4% to an unbelievable 0.5% without any notice. It’s no surprise this bank has such poor reviews. Other banks offer much better interest rates. Additionally, everything takes ages. I closed all my accounts. Lesson learned.

My experience with this bank has been okay so far...

My experience with this bank has been okay so far; my first check deposit was available the next day. Their customer service is decent, and it's convenient that it's available 24/7. However, when I called to inquire about increasing the ATM limit, which is rather low at $500, I faced issues verifying my identity despite providing all requested information. It was amusing yet frustrating. Customer service was nice, but this situation is baffling.
