I had some problems with syncing using one of their partners (wrong values were being synced). They answered my emails in less than 1 hour and contacted their partner, after a few days they contacted me back saying everything was resolved (and it was). They not only answer emails really fast, but also do it on weekends!
One of the best customer support experiences i had if not the best.
Their portfolio tracking is also one of the best from all the ones i have tried. Highly recommend!

Additionally, unlike other similar tools, I haven’t faced any problems connecting to third-party accounts for balance and transaction downloads.
