Very frustrated, order cancelled after days...

I ordered this product as it was listed as available, but after several days, my order was unexpectedly cancelled. The explanation was an 'issue with stock management software,' but that isn’t my concern. A complete waste of time! If an item is unavailable, it shouldn’t be listed as in stock.

The two gentlemen present when I arrived were exceptionally helpful, and nothing was too much effort. They didn’t try to oversell and provided ample advice. I will definitely return for my fishkeeping needs. Highly recommended.
