My gorgeous suprima 800tc fitted sheet says it’s a SK but it doesn’t fit my bed unlike the mattress protector of the same size and delivered in same order. Having looked at reviews I will give it to my son rather than tempt fate. First and last order.
I ordered a all seasons wool duvet in super king from them, and french linen super king duvet cover set. The wool duvet is great, but the duvet cover doesn't fit it well. It's too far big on the sides. I emailed them on February 5th regarding this issue and I have yet to hear back, today is the 13th. That's extremely poor customer service. I won't be buying from them again.
Bought 2 pillows on 3 Feb, not received, sent 2 emails over the last week & still no response. No update on delivery. Non existent customer service Regretting my purchase, will they ever arrive???

The bedspread is gorgeous and just the right thickness for a cozy winter layer or a light cover for warm summer nights. It arrived promptly, but there is a small mark on my quilt. It's not significant enough to return, yet noticeable, especially since the quilt is white. It seems to be dried blood from handling the item. Quite careless and disappointing!
I made a typo in my postal code and notified them immediately, as required within thirty minutes of ordering. I have contacted them three times, but the responses have been unhelpful. I only rated my experience with one star because there is no option for less.
I bought a silk sleep mask, and it’s beautiful. However, the elastic strap is a bit tight (perhaps my head is larger than average?). I managed to lengthen it, so it’s fine now. Maybe the service could consider a design that allows for adjustable straps?
