Review Time
This review is based on two separate orders from Soccerlord and both experiences were unacceptable.
Order #1 (October - November 2024):
The order was marked “complete,” but no delivery notification ever arrived. The parcel was already about to be returned to the sender when we contacted support weeks later. It had to be re-sent as we chased it. Clear sign that delivery notifications and handover to local carriers simply do not work.
Order #2 (November–December 2025):
Ordered well in advance as a Christmas gift. The parcel got stuck in the Netherlands for weeks with only “pre-advice / ready for shipment” tracking updates. No ETA, no proactive communication, no real action taken. Christmas came and went - no delivery.
Customer service was consistently poor:
• Generic copy-paste replies
• Conflicting information about the parcel’s location
• No investigation initiated with the carrier
• No replacement shipment offered
• No compensation of any kind
Their final stance says it all:
“We do not offer compensation for a late delivery due to shipping or customs delay.”
In other words, once they have your money, the risk is entirely yours.
Other red flags:
• Website looks outdated, unreliable, and is often painfully slow
• Customer service emails bounce between different addresses due to “technical issues”
• No functioning order, shipping, or delivery notification processes
• Customers must actively chase their own parcels to avoid returns
This is not bad luck but systemic failure on their business processes.
With even minimal goodwill (discount, free shipping, replacement, or genuine ownership of the problem), this relationship could have been salvaged. Instead, communication was cold, rigid, and dismissive.
Final verdict:
If you value reliable delivery, functional processes, or basic customer accountability avoid this store.
We will never order from Soccerlord again and strongly advise others to think twice.
I have ordered a few shirts from Soccerlord and I can confirm that the quality is way up there. Shirts arrived in good time as well. I have had most of them shirts and they always look as good as new each time. I have been buying shirts from them going to 4 years. I have no plans of stopping.
