I own three of these bikes. Years ago, I had a frustrating experience with a different shop's customer service regarding parts. However, this company has been fantastic with support and guidance for installations. These bikes are a dream for commuting, though they might not handle rugged trails perfectly. Still, for daily commutes on packed paths, they are unbeatable.
I received my bike swiftly, just four days after ordering, even in a remote area. Assembly was straightforward, and the included video instructions were helpful. I've already hit 100 kilometers and am very satisfied. It's a great bike for the price, performing well on both pavement and trails. I recommend getting a waterproof cover for the battery, fenders, and a taillight. Customer service is prompt and courteous.
