I placed an order for cleats in December, and as of today, I have STILL not received them. I reached out via email, and they informed me that my order had not been processed and that there was no shipping date available. It has been 15 DAYS since I ordered. This is unacceptable! I recommend looking elsewhere where customer satisfaction is prioritized.
The item had a longer shipping time compared to other online platforms, but once it was dispatched, it arrived swiftly. The automated customer service system needs enhancements to provide a better experience.
I ordered a limited edition jersey as a surprise Christmas gift for my son, and to my disappointment, when I opened the package, the jersey was not the correct size.
