Excellent Product. I received the plunge around 6 days after it was shipped. Setting it up was very straightforward. The quality of the product is impressive, made from excellent materials. I appreciate that it’s taller than my previous plunge. When I sit in it, I'm fully submerged up to my neck. I had a great experience with the cold plunge. It maintained a nice cold temperature and included everything necessary.
