So far - and we are early in this, this tool has done what we need simply. I got up and running in about a half an hour and it seems to work and do what we need.
There are a couple of things I question that might make it better. But for me, I don't want to spend hours learning how to use software. I just want something that works and is easy to understand.
Maybe as we continue to work with it I'll find stuff that they could do better. I hope they'll keep developing. But I hope that they will preserve the simple just works approach.

The company allowed me to try out the trial, as that I had questions and some issues, they answered quickly and gave me a big of a discount. It works for my needs, and I see they are often and constantly upgrading. Ease of use is also big for me.
This platform is exactly what I needed! Other alternatives, such as Buffers free plan worked, but were too expensive with features that I did not need. When I needed to add more than 3 channels it would have cost $80+, but SocialBu offers a solution supporting 12 channels for a quarter of the price. Especially love that approvals are a feature! Highly recommend. Support is also wonderful to deal with if you have any questions.
Great experience. Customer service feedback is wonderful, fast replies, and also the interface and app itself works wonders - no struggles, solves time management problem as well as being able to service multiple clients from one platform. Great.
