Caring, uplifting, and enjoyable experience from everyone

After suffering a meniscus collapse at the beach, I endured pain for three weeks before visiting my doctor in the public sector. They referred me to a specialist who performed an MRI, revealing two meniscus tears. The public hospital then directed me to a private facility. I received an appointment just one week later, which is quite fast by local standards. I met the surgeon, who, despite being new, had extensive experience in sports. He was kind, knowledgeable, and addressed all my technical questions respectfully. As I prepared for surgery, the anesthesiologists were extremely kind and handled my concerns with professionalism. The nurses were attentive, understanding my nervousness and ensuring I felt comfortable. They brought a personal touch to the experience. After surgery, I was gently woken up and given the chance to talk as I wished. The surgeon later explained the procedure and potential implications thoroughly, answering my many questions kindly. I am still here writing this review, feeling at ease, and looking forward to returning home to play with my kids. I appreciate the reception staff who helped me transition from public to private care. They were kind and professional. Thank you to everyone involved. If you have questions, don't hesitate to ask; they will treat you with respect, which is increasingly rare.

Not a recommendation

The staff are very pleasant and thorough, but after waiting over a month for my results, I still haven't received them, despite calling twice. Making someone wait this long for health test results, especially from a private facility, feels cruel and unprofessional.

Outstanding care at the hospital

I had a wonderful experience at this hospital. After learning I would have to wait five months for surgery in a public facility, I reached out to a private hospital. They examined me within a week and scheduled my surgery shortly after. The process was quick and without complications. The doctors and nurses communicated professionally in English. Special thanks to the nurse and doctor who provided me with excellent care and detailed explanations of the surgery and recovery. I feel very fortunate and relieved.
