We hired soft play for our daughter’s 1st birthday party at home. She absolutely loved it and had the best time. It was perfect for keeping the babies entertained and the pastel colours looked so pretty too! It’s great that we had it for a few days before the party so she got to play with it beforehand and get lots of use out of it! Communication was great throughout and the collection and delivery of it was hassle free. It was so easy to assemble and to pack away again! Would definitely recommend and will be using soft play in a box again in the future!
Excellent experience all round, delivery and pickup was easy, and the soft play was clean, colourful and exactly what we wanted. All the kids loved it at the party and my two really enjoyed having it for an extra day afterwards. All the instructions were clear and the whole experience was seamless. Thank you!
A great experience - the children really loved it and we will be booking again. I struggled to repack all the items into the boxes and mentioned to the company and Charlotte responded very promptly, explaining that they had sent an email with instructions on how to pack, I just hadn't read it! Totally my fault but I will remember for next time!
Wow, what a fantastic service. We hired the bear package for our sons first birthday. It was so easy to book and not much more money than those who only lend out for the day. We had some issues with DPD both delivering and collecting the soft play so Charlotte went above and beyond to make sure it all went smoothly for us and was so friendly the entire time. The equipment was extremely clean and well maintained. The babies absolutely adored it! I would definitely hire again and recommend to anyone.
Ordered this for my granddaughters 1st birthday party. We were drawn to softplayinabox as we had a pastel themed party and we found the pastel set you hire out on a google search and it was just perfect! We were kept informed all the way with DPD with delivery etc, it was going to be delivered 2 days early but would not have worked with storage until our party, but this was easily sorted on the DPD app, and I changed the delivery back to original delivery date with no problem. The kids absolutely loved the set and kept the little ones amused for the whole duration of the party! The price was very reasonable too. Collection is tomorrow and easy as can leave in a safe place if my 1 hour delivery slot isn't convenient. Highly recommend softplayinabox! Thank you for such great service ☺️
We were so impressed with Soft Play in a Box! After a Google search for suppliers in the area, I was immediately drawn to the website and the whole process from purchase to delivery to pick up was so smooth. We were kept informed on the parcels’ delivery slot and received a message from Soft Play in a Box the day before the parcels were due to be picked up. The soft play package we ordered (the Bright Luxe set) was perfect for what we needed and my little one and his friends loved it! Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a fab soft play supplier ☺️
I hired the deluxe soft play package and it did not disappoint! All the kids loved it and it was perfect for my girl’s first birthday party. It’s great value for money considering how much you get and how many days are included in the hire which also meant we could use parts of it at home prior to the party. Delivery was simple, DPD confirmed a time slot, they did deliver a day early which for me wasn’t a problem but for someone else it could be but you can simply change the date in your delivery confirmation email if it’s an issue. Collection couldn’t have been easier, the team messaged me the day before to advise the date and time slot and someone from their team collected. Setting up and packing it again was also very easy. 10/10, would highly recommend!
I honestly can not fault this company I hired the soft play for my sons 1st birthday we had it for 4 days I couldn’t believe how clean it was and so well packed. delivery and pick up was seamless I will 100% be using again communication was also perfect 10/10
