What a brilliant idea. I wasn’t able to find soft play local who had availability and came across soft play in a box. Every part of our experience was seamless from ordering to delivery and collection.It was easy to set up and the instruction came via email but they weren’t needed.The children loved it. It made our Little ones first birthday even more special as she had a great time in the ball pit. I think she’d of been happy left there all day!It was very clean and all in good condition, I would definitely be doing this again rather than hiring one for a couple of hours as you get to keep it all weekend.Just fabulous thank you so much!
Soft play in a box was a great addition to my son’s first birthday party. The kids loved playing with it!Organisation and delivery was completely seamless, with everything packed neatly into the bags. All elements of the soft play were lovely and clean and the wallet containing instructions and return labels etc. was very helpful.Thanks again! It’s great to have an option to hire soft play without the need of a party planner or event space.
Lovely soft play and very organised. Easy to order, Charlotte is super responsive by email or text. Our delivery was late due to a courier issue but as you get it delivered on Thursday, this did not cause much of an issue and Charlotte was really helpful at re-organising and making it a priority. The soft play was great and the babies loved it for our birthday party. Would definitely use again as easy, affordable and great customer service.
Ordered for my son’s first birthday at the weekend! Was a big hit with all the babies and children! Immaculate condition, well worth the money, easy to set up and put back down! We had a blast and it made the special day even better! Very easy to contact - made a little mistake on our address when ordering and was very easy to rectify on the website chat! And very understanding on a little hick up at collection (delivery company fault)Definitely would use again!
As a 1st time Nanny Grandsons 1st Birthday I wanted something for his little garden party.we had children from 1yr to 4yrs and it suited everyone.It all arrived perfectly, was easy to set up,clean and mire than enough for hiw many children we had.Wr only used it on the day it's self but the fact you get it for almost 3days us amazing.Well worth the money. Our only issue was the pick up they gave us a time slot but was almost 4 hrs late. Difficult to get hold of them so I contacted Charlotte, very professional and polite got it sorted and she followed up by a e-mail with a explanation. I would definitely use them again .
