I ordered the Bad Bunny Super Bowl shirt and 2 hats. The shirt was ok but the hats looked nothing like how they were advertised and they would not let me return the item. I paid the premium price - $60 for a hat that could've been made for much much less. They only offered a discount and never sent confirmation on the partial refund. The hat was tacky looking and I'm pretty sure it was shipped from overseas.
I placed an order, but I haven't received the item, even though they indicate it was delivered. The customer service contact number seems to be fake. They sent a polite letter but took no further action. In my view, it's best to choose another option, as this feels like a scam. The service even provided a photo of the supposed delivery, but it was not my location.
This company steals listings from Etsy, stealing the images and work of someone else. They claim it as their own products and are sending poor replicates to customers. They never reply to emails asking for removal of stolen content. I've been attempting to get multiple products removed from their website, but no response. Don't trust this company or it's generic responses on here ask for you to contact them. We've already tried, and it's no use.
In the picture of the product. It shows a golf ball sitting on top of the tee. The plaque you sent will not support a ball on the tee as the arms of the holder are too short. I bought this specific plaque as I want to not only commerate my only hole-in-one after 31 years of playing golf, but also the ball I used to do it! What a waste of money!
So sad to give a 1. I ordered an anniversary gift that looked nothing like the one that was pictured in the ad. Total disappointment. I expressed my disappointment, told them I would like to return the item and wanted my money back. I was offered 30 per cent off my next purchase. Sadly, item is in trash, no refund offered.
