I recently had a problem with my fan/light not working. We have several Sofucor fans and LOVE them. An email to their Customer Service brought immediate help which included some parts shipped to me and helpful videos. I was able to fix the problem and the unit is working perfectly now. This company makes a fabulous product and their Customer Service team is the best I have ever dealt with--in any company. I highly recommend this company in all ways. I am so pleased with this outcome.
I’ve had my fan for a year now and it operates lovely it’s been a great addition to my outdoor patio! A major windstorm blew away the light cover and Sofucorfan was able to help me replace this with ease! New light cover in less than a week. Amazing customer service!
Honestly would give more stars if I could. This is the most helpful customer service I have ever experienced. We had a light on two of the fans that we bought that we couldn't get to stay the color we wanted and they sent brand new head units for both the fans. Their product is also great and was very easy to assemble.
