Ordered 2 seprate orders from puainta same day 8/8/2025 & time, within minutes of each other.recvd 1st order products great they are helping my dog but 2nd order EU7386 never came thru tracking #ZC36113287399 found it In HK Airport so it is in China some where. I never rcvd. It Both orders were paid for. Sent lots of emails got no reply at all from puainta co. I'd like at least an email back . Thank you
Delivered the right product requested and paid for. The free flea collar is a good gift. It makes me want to order again. But unfortunately, my Pomeranian for whom I ordered the shampoo died before I got hold of it. I didn't know he had a disease that needed full attention. You're doing good as far as delivery is concerned.
I ordered this spray product months ago. I didn't think it would work on my cat. So after her itching and digging into her tail I tried it . Wow! It worked immediately! This is great because it's been so long trying to get some relief for my cat. It doesn't smell, easy to spray on the areas the cat chews on including her back and sides. I'm so glad I tried this product. Finally my cat can rest.
This company falsely advertise as shipping within 3 to 7 days Waited 21 days and no response to many emails Products damaged and very small in comparison to the advertising No instructions Whilst waiting purchased products from a reputable Australian company and delivered in less than 48 hours and much less expensive BEWARE of this company
