Frustrating Delayed Order Experience

I placed an order on 19.11 from Italy, and as of today, 26.12, I still haven't received anything. I've asked about the status multiple times, but the responses have been unhelpful. They say it's stuck in customs, and while they claim it's not their fault, I feel responsible for choosing this service.
