My order arrived swiftly, so all good.
But it did not meet the description on the listing.
I bought 2 glass cigarette holders which were described as being good for roll ups but sadly they only fit manafactured cigarettes.
So I sent an 2 emails days apart to request a refund/return with no response several days later.
I don't even have a confirmation email with an order number, so I can't even send it back with a note attached.
I went to call the contact number listed on their website and it said I was calling a premium line which would incur extra charges.
It's such a shame because the shipping was so swift but why are they so uncontactable!
Even their social media won't load.
If I didn't receive my item I would assume it's a scam site.
