I have tried their free starter kit (you have to pay a delivery/supplement of £10 so not quite free)The delivery was not the fastest but packaged well. My skin has cleared up some what, so I will carry on the treatment. This kind of treatment is never exact and what works for some may not work for others, but well worth trying the starter kit to see if it helps you.
I requested a refund since I refuse the shipment, I'm still being charged even if I receive the item and returned I'm still being charged by them deducting the charge out of my refund. $39.50 they charge me. Won't be going back to y'all no more. Their policy sucks.
This is our second month using the scar peptide cream and we are seeing some improvements with the redness of acne scars. We will continue to use the cream until we see the desired results.
If you have super dry, sensitive, acne prone skin with fungal acne, RUN AWAY FROM MDACNE. I have been on this subscription service for 6 months and I haven't noticed any improvement at all. The whole time I used this product my skin was looking awful. I looked like I aged 10 years, my fungal acne was flaring up so bad that it doubled and covered my whole chin. I posted new pictures, contacted MDacne and discussed a different treatment course. They were very quick to respond, I'll give them that, but their entire skincare line can be bought absolutely anywhere for half the price. I have paid so much money (stupidly so) and trying to patiently wait for it to actually work and it did for the first day but since then after it's been horrible. I'm gonna be honest, just go to Ulta and buy some La Roche Posey (I think that's how you spell it). It's expensive but you get like 5× the amount that MDacne gives you. For almost $100 every other month I should be getting more than just tiny little sample sized tubes THAT ACTUALLY WORK 📣
Don't buy this skincare line, there's better anywhere else.
I've been using their products now for 3 days and my face feels cleaner than it did with previously used products. The support team answers any questions I've had quickly and clearly. Overall, it's been a great experience!
I love that on MDacne's website has the timeline on it of what will be happening to your skin when you start using their product. That helped me a lot because my face was very dry when I started using it and after I read that, it helped me feel like I was going to see results. I do feel like I've seen results even sooner than it said so I'm happy about that!
This product is really effective and results start showing with a period of two weeks .i was struggling with dark spots and hyperpigmentation but after using the acne treatment cream my skin improved and the dark spots started to fade
I've only been using this for a short period of time. The only complaint I have so far is that it has dried my skin out a little bit, but it definitely has made an improvement on my acne. The company was great about checking in to see how I was liking it and if I was having any sensitivities. So far I'm very happy!
Only been a couple weeks, it has calmed my acne down for sure. I haven’t been getting any new pimples and my other ones have been less red and soothed down. My skin isn’t completely clear but it has only been weeks. If I stay consistent with this product I’m sure I’ll see more results.
