Its easy to be good when there are no issues, but I have had some technical issues that they not only have walked me through, but if it couldn't get resolved, they replaced the device. I decided to upgrade the 602 with a better power supply but wasn't sure how to put it together and how to set it. So I asked if they could and wow!
