I have found this to be an amazing experience to own, I love it’s versatility and the fact that without effort I can achieve cleaning every spot of my teeth, I have however had to purchase a tongue scraper, as the sonic brush does not allow for cleaning a tongue. Thank you so much!
This is a scam! They didn’t send the product. I have shipment confirmation but it stalled out and no updates for over a week. They are not answering the phone. They don’t call back. They don’t respond to emails. They just took my money and disappeared.
I really wanted to like the Sonic Brush, but to say I'm disappointed would be an understatement. The charging base is made of cheap plastic and the charging cord is a mini USB cord (not USB-C) that does not plug into the wall. You have to supply your own charging block. The bristles don't actually brush your teeth, but rather it operates by using a humming sound which barely vibrates or moves the bristles. The brush head does not reach your back teeth even by moving it around nor does it reach all the way up past your gum line. I'm not sure where all of these positive reviews are coming from and I think this is the first negative review of anything I've ever given.
Update: while I still could not get the Sonic Brush to perform as I expected, after talking to their Customer Happiness Manager I have realise the error of my ways and want to take back when I said it was an “absolute piece of garbage’. Angela gave out a few suggestions but unfortunately none of them worked. It was very nice of her to make an effort to get in touch though, and the product her company sells is unfortunately just not for me.Absolute piece of garbage. Oh my god, I have been known to have a bit too much to drink and purchase stuff online that I believed to be a good idea …. but this one is one of my bigger drunken purchasing regrets. The Sonic Brush that arrived is nothing but a complete waste of money. It doesn’t do anything like give a better clean than a toothbrush. I don’t actually know what I expected it to do, but in no way does it do what is advertised. You bunch of arseclowns should be ashamed of yourselves ….
Update***The company's customer service team had reached out and had made changes for me to provide a more positive feedback. They took all the steps needed for good customer satisfaction and for me to really be able to try their product. Thank you Angela! Placed my order based on the positive reviews. Placed the order on July 21st. Didn't receive the delivery until August 3rd. Once received I attempted to charge it and had no luck. A shame as I wanted it to work.
I mistakenly ordered SonicBrush V5 because I thought it was a Phillips SonicCare product on July 23 for $59.99.It was shipped on July 26.I canceled the order on August 1.It was delivered on August 4.I returned it via UPS for $14.40 to GOFO EXPRESS, 1055 Sesame St., Franklin Park, IL 6031, which was on the unopened shipping envelope.I was notified by SonicBrush on August 5 that it had to be returned at my expense to Dental Industries Corp., Science Park, #279 Xisauhuan Rd., ZIP 450000, Henan, China.Good luck dealing with SonicBrush.
Very unprofessional customer service…i want to return that awful Sonic Brush 360…No phone no…just email …but nobody responds…Its a small toothbrush..doesn’t reach the back of your teeth…feels like a kid’s toothbrush…and the front teeth still feels dirty…just a terrible little Sonic brush 360…the worst from this Company…I will still try to get in touch with them for my refund…and they better give me my money back without sending me to spent more money to send back…I will keep you posted it…Be aware its a disgrace from Sonic to treat their customers with such ignorance
