Review Time
I am updating a previous review. I ordered the Sonic brush for my two girls. The brush didn’t fit our needs exactly so I contacted customer service to take advantage of the satisfaction guarantee from Sonic Brush. Upon a few emails, traded back, the company did the right thing and is refunding our money. I appreciate a reputable company like this listening to customers and doing the right thing. I hope for others that the sonic brush works well for their family. The design and the idea are great, just didn’t fit our family’s needs.
I’ve been using the Sonicare toothbrush for a few months now, and I can say it’s a game-changer for my son and my own oral care routine.It’s gentle on gums, and makes brushing fun for children with its kid-friendly design and helpful timer. The toothbrushing fight is not the battle it once was! All in all, it’s a great choice for kids and adults!
I saw an ad, and thought why not. These things never work. So I did some research and found good reviews. So I gave it ago. The brush turned up in good time, but I wasn't convinced by the packaging. I had 2 loose extra brushes in the bag, and the looked pretty similar to the ad. I've been caught out before when it's been delivered from China so I was not sure if I'd been duped. I have to say I'm really impressed with the brush, Ive been using it for a few weeks now, been the hygienist and I wasn't told I'd missed cleaning any teeth so that's a bonus. To start with the feel was really odd, but now I love it, even when I'm tired and want to crawl in to bed, usually I'd find mouthwash, but now with the 30secs it takes even though I do find myself doing it twice as I'm still amazed by it I don't have the cleaning teeth dread! I'm looking to get one for my niece as she hates cleaning her teeth.The only reason I didn't give a 5 star rating is the battery and the indicator it needs to be charged, which is none existent. So that's a big bare but honestly improve that and I'd be really happy!!! Probably most people just keep the brush on constant charge but I don't have room in my bathroom otherwise I would!So honestly give it ago it works really well! Thanks sonicbrush!
Since using my Sonic Brush both my Dental Hygienist and Dentist have advised me on how much my dental hygiene has improved. I believe this is somewhat because I have chosen to use my Sonic Brush and a water flosser twice a day. The team at Sonic Brush are extremely helpful and have great communication with their customers. I live in Australia and had a follow up call asking how my Sonic Brush was going and the experience of using this new way dental hygiene. Thank you guys so much
