The ease and quickness of the brush is and brushing is the first thing you notice. Your mouth feels clean!! The best was my visit to my dentist. Less of everything!! Lest time in the chair!! Was told that was an"easy" clean When asked by my dentist if I changed anything in my brushing, I told him I switched to the Sonic Brush!! I was told to continue with my change , because the results show!!
The Sonic Brush I purchased was for a an individual I care fore that has intellectual and developmental disabilities. Tooth brushing prior to the Sonic Brush was akin to fencing with a traditional toothbrush. With Sonic Brush the time was cut down by quarter, and the process able to allow me to spend less time in the individual's personal space, which helps cut down environmental stimulation making the individual more acceptable to the necessary oral hygiene. To the point the person request toothbrushing on their own without prompting. All I can say is thank you for developing such a great product
Is this website a scam? Placed an order for 3 toothbrushes on the 2nd of June (order nr 144394). I can only track it on their website, no external link provided nor the transport company's name. The tracking stopped on the 15th of June with no updates since. No answer from the company. The 5 stars reviews seem to be fake from the way they were written and all the bad reviews seem to point to a scam.
I placed the order on 5/5/25 and got an order acknowledgement which stated that I should expect another email with a delivery tracking number. I received nothing until I wrote to them on 5/18,asking for cancellation and a refund since they didn’t even send it out yet (no tracking info). At this point, I received a reply showing a falsified tracking process with a tracking number that is not used by any common carrier. I requested a refund and am reporting this company to our state’s department of Justice consumer fraud division.
The sonic toothbrush has changed my sons toothbrushes experience. Nate has cerebral palsy, for him it has always been invasive and unpleasant having his teeth brushed by parents and carers. Now with sonic, its a breeze, Comfortable, uninvasive and it does a really good job. Nate enjoys toothbrushing now and Im happy because his oral hygiene is great too
After some initial confusion on my part, I found the experience of using the Sonic Brush a real game changer in my oral care routine. My dentist agrees with me. After some time I was able to figure it out and I’ve enjoyed greater oral health ever since. I’ll use it until it quits and then I’ll get another one.
i tried to return this brush within the 14 day time limit of date of delivery - it was at that point i discovered you are to return it to china even though it was shipped from miami. it would have cost approximately $50 to return to china AND then at their discretion they will issue a refund. i contacted my credit card company and unfortunately they were not able to help. they received a note from the company, which is located in warsaw, poland which states the brush has to be returned to china as that is where it was sent from. the company of origin and the shipping country are never disclosed anywhere on the website.
