BEWARE OF trysonicbrush.comI’m pretty sure they’re trying to impersonate sonicbrush.net. I have no idea if the latter is actually a good product but the .com product is an absolute scam. It broke after 10 days and I had to harass them for two months to even get a reply and then instead of giving me a refund they just sent me another toothbrush that also broke within two weeks. I also asked my dentist about this type of toothbrush in general and she said it really doesn’t adequately clean your teeth. So I’d recommend against this whole racket.
I have to admit, at first, when I came across this product, I was a little skeptical about the technology but still decided to give it a shot. And I must say, BEST DECISION EVER! Sonic Brush has revolutionized my dental hygiene routine, and I can never look back at my manual toothbrush!
Ugh, feeling like a moron. This is a scam. As the other one star reviews say, this doesn't clean your teeth at all. The instructions are unintelligible Google translate. And before they come for me like they are lying to the others, yes I did purchase this from the official website and I have the confirmation email to prove it. Please read this and don't be a fool like me!
The brush doesn't reach the base of the tooth or gums. Same for extra children's brush head I got as a plan b. Feeling very foolish that I spent so much on this. UPDATE: I recently received an offer of and accepted a refund of the purchase price and an Amazon gift card A$20 in exchange for me amending this review. I was however surprised that the following email from the company thanked me for deleting my review, which was not what I agreed to. If this is followed up I have the email I can post for reference. I'm grateful for the refund and not really worried about the lack of gift card. I am annoyed that they tried to push for the review to be deleted. As I threw the product away due to it being unusable, I hadn't expected the refund. It does show that they're still sticking by their product I guess.
