I bought 2 VADER X 8000 RS a few years ago and have been very satisfied with them. Unfortunately, I lost a handle nut. Lost part of reel on the beach.

I lost a cog while removing the spool from the reel during a beach fishing trip. I contacted customer services, more out of hope than anything else. I received a swift response stating they would send a replacement. It arrived within 24 hours, and the reel was fixed. I couldn't ask for better service; thank you to the representative.

An outstanding company, my experience…

An outstanding company! I recently purchased a pair of carp reels and was very impressed with the quality. While changing spools (facing the lake 😩), a small but crucial component fell into the lake. After emailing the sales team, they quickly sent me a replacement part at no cost. It wasn’t their fault I lost it, but they took it upon themselves to assist me in fixing the reel. I will definitely continue to use this carp gear ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐.

Customer service was very helpful and quick to respond, sending a replacement. Thank you very much! (The top clip of my son's swing bob broke, and I asked if they had any top clips to sell. They said they would send me one for free and then sent a whole new bobbin. My son is thrilled!) Thanks again; much appreciated!
